1st day: participants arrival in Puglia, hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day: breakfast at the hotel, departure for the National Park of Alta Murgia. Intense aromas, clear colors, surreal landscapes made of stretches of wheat fields, paths all to be discovered, red soils and dry walls: this is the Murgia.  Arrival at the handling near Castel del Monte, a medieval structure known for its majesty and great heritage left by Federico II di Svevia. Accommodation of the participants. The horseback ride will last about 3 hours and will wind through the bridges of the Pugliese aqueduct until you arrive in an oak wood. You will enjoy the tranquility and the clean air that you can only find in a place like that. Lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, there will be a guided tour at Castel del Monte. In the evening return to the hotel, lunch and overnight stay.

3rd day: breakfast at the hotel and departure for the ‘pulo di Altamura’; we are talking about a deep chasm considered a natural wonder, with its 500m in diameter. Lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon, horse riding at the nature reserve. In the evening return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

4th day: breakfast at the hotel and departure for the city of Gravina in Puglia. Guided tour of the ‘gravina sotterranea’,the spectacular underground network that winds through the city’s meandering. The most complete route you can take, takes about one hour and a half and includes several underground sites. It is compulsory to wear suitable sneakers or footwear. Lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon visit to the rock church of San Michele, entirely carved into the rock, place of worship of gravina, located in the ancient district ‘Fondovico’. In the evening return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

5th day: breakfast at the hotel, transfer and end of the tour.
