Day 1: Welcome activities and walk in the historic town of Ruvo di Puglia followed by dinner in a typical restaurant and overnight stay at Casa Rubis (Ruvo di Puglia).

Day 2: Breakfast and transfer to a typical Apulian farmhouse, in the heart of the Murgia, to take part in an Apulian cooking class. Among the scents and colours of the Apulian nature, you will have the opportunity to assist and take part in the preparation of typical local products such as: orecchiette, a typical pasta, whose shape, obtained with a quick gesture of the fingers that drags the pasta on the work surface and which resembles the shape of small ears; focaccia, a variation of the traditional durum wheat bread, now famous all over the world. At the end, a traditional lunch will served with what prepared during the morning. Afterwards, transfer to an Apulian dairy farm to watch the preparation of mozzarella, an unmissable product on the table of Apulia. Free afternoon and dinner arranged by the participants. Overnight stay at Casa Rubis.

Day 3: Breakfast and morning dedicated to the visit of a pastry shop to assist and take part in the preparation of typical sweets of the Apulian tradition including: almond pastries, sweet pancakes and cream pasticciotti. At the end of the day, lunch is going to be served in a restaurant with a taste of desserts prepared in the morning. The participants will have a free   afternoon to visit the picturesque town of Ruvo di Puglia where there is a beautiful Apulian Romanesque cathedral and the Jatta museum (unique collection of historical, artistic and cultural values). Dinner to be arranged by the participants. Overnight stay at Casa Rubis.

Day 4: Breakfast and transfer to Alberobello, for the visit of the city characterized by the conical houses called “trulli”, Unesco heritage. At the end of the visit, tasting lunch inside a characteristic trullo. In the afternoon transfer to Bari, and free time for shopping. Possibility to taste Apulian street food, walking through the streets of the ancient part of the city. Return to Ruvo di Puglia in the evening and overnight stay at Casa Rubis.
